Delivery
Delivery is INCLUDED in the price for all deliveries to mainland UK.
There is a charged for delivery for all addresses outside mainland UK.

Returns Policy
If you receive a product which is damaged or defunct then- we are happy to provide replacement or refund. In the first instance- please inform us of the problem. If you would like a replacement- please return the product in its original packing (we will let you know the address when you call). We will send you a new one and refund the standard postage costs you have incurred in sending the faulty one back.
If you would like a refund- please send the product back and we will refund the purchase price less any shipping and handling costs
We need to be informed of the need to return a product within 24 hours.
Please note this does not include damage or defect caused by accident, misuse or neglect.
